This policy covers the nexel.ch website, its contact form and its visit measurement.
2. Applicable regulations
Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU/EEA/UK residents.
3. Data collected
Visitors to nexel.ch: Pages viewed, referring page, device and browser type, country. This measurement works without cookies, and your IP address is not stored. We also count clicks on our phone numbers and submitted forms, together with the origin of the visit (for example "google-ads" when you arrive through one of our ads), without any personal identifier.
Contact form: Name, business or trade, town, phone, email, address of your current website and your message, as you enter them.
4. Purposes of processing
- Transactional communications

- Replying to your contact and mock-up requests
- Measuring visits to nexel.ch, and which pages and ads bring in requests
5. Retention period
Requests received through the contact form are kept for the duration of the exchange, then for at most two years after the last contact if they do not lead to an assignment. Visit statistics are kept in aggregated form.
6. Sub-processors
- Railway Corp.: hosting of the nexel.ch visit measurement (Umami, installed on our own servers)
- Resend: transactional emails
- Sentry: error monitoring
- Infomaniak: hosting of the nexel.ch website and email, including receipt of the contact form
- Google Ireland Ltd: advertising conversion measurement (Google Ads), only with your consent
Railway and Google may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework or, failing that, on standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@nexel.ch. We undertake to respond within 30 days.

9. Cookies
The nexel.ch website measures its visits with Umami, which works without cookies.
When we run Google ads, the website may load the Google Ads conversion tag. It sets a cookie that shows whether a request follows a click on one of our ads. This tag only loads after you give your consent in the banner. If you refuse, or do not answer, nothing is sent to Google.
To link a request to the origin of the visit, the website keeps in your browser, for as long as the tab is open, a single label such as "google-ads" or "direct". Your answer to the banner is kept there too. To change your choice, clear the site data in your browser: the banner will ask you again.
